Multi devices Real time 3D walkthrough of an Eco Campus
Designed by Laisné-Roussel & François Leclerc “The Arboretum” is a 125.000 m2 wooden office campus located next to la Defense. It features a revolutionary construction mode with low carbon emission technology developed by WO2
BNP real estate and WO2 commissioned Arforia for the digital communication campaign of Eco Campus “The Arboretum” : The soon to be biggest sustainable wooden office campus in the world.
Given the size of the project Arforia was asked to produced an easy to update real time 3D model and its multiple design phases. This interactive model allowed to periodically produce the presentation tools needed by the investors and the architects.
Immersive and interactive Virtual reality walkthrough, Geo located Augmented reality App on Android and IOS, 360° VR film and renderings were extracted from the same real time model, following the many phases of development. This digital twin of the building features numerous technical innovations to allow the reproduction and deployments of such a vast and complex campus (huge BIM files, thousands of work spaces, furniture, materials etc…)
