Multi device real time 3D communication for an office building

Ideally located in an attractive business pole in the Paris metropole, the FLOW office building is designed by SCAU Architecture group. Arforia was commissioned by Covivio to produce all digital applications for its communication campaign.

These digital tools aim to make a clear overview of the technicality and programital complexity of the building : Three buildings, two gardens and several rooftops feature natural lights and flexible work space thanks to an innovative cross section design.

The VR experience teleports the user in a one to one scale simulation where futur investors can understand the quality of the architecture from the inside. The mobile App shows the programmatic complexity thanks to interactive cross section modeling. A short film helps synthesize all these different aspects.
