“Morland mixité capital” is a celebrated project from the “reinvent Paris” design competition. Designed by David Chipperfield Architect office, the project aims to rehabilitate a 16 floors prefecture building from the late 50’s into a multi purpose innovative building.

The 44000m2 complex features 200 residential units, large office spaces, shops, an art gallery, a youth hostel and a 160 rooms hotel. The last floors welcome an art installation by Olafur Eliasson and the rooftops are transformed into sustainable agricultural fields.

To present and explain the programmatic complexity of the project, Emerige commissioned Arforia to develop an interactive smart display that shows diagrammatics and interactive models and numerous real time 3D walkthroughs. Thanks to an innovative user interface, one can easily understand the richness of its layout and the quality of its surroundings.
